Now pray through the seventh commandment: "Oh Lord, forgive me for the sin of adultery and for the sin of lust which is committing adultery in my heart. Root out the fantasies that would come into my mind through my eyes. Give me the conviction to say "no" to anything or anybody that would lead me into temptation. Based on Your Word I know that my body is a sacred place. My body is a temple of the Holy Spirit. Give me the desire and strength to protect and care for that for which you paid such a high price."
