TODAY'S ASSIGNMENT

Step Out of the Boat

It's time to get out of our comfort zones. This week you must pray for someone who needs a miracle. Practice what you've been learning. Ask the Holy Spirit to identify a person to pray for. Ask the Holy Spirit how to pray for that person. Claim a verse over the situation. Pray with passion and conviction. Pray believing that God wants to work in that person's life today. Remember, God wants to give you the desires of YOUR heart in this situation, so pray and pray fervently!

How Long Should You Pray?

Pray beyond your comfort zone. John G. Lake used to teach people to pray UNTIL God answered. Do you desire a miracle enough to do that? Pray until you engage the Holy Spirit. Then continue praying until the Holy Spirit says that's enough, or something happens. AND REMEMBER, AS YOU STEP OUT OF THE BOAT, HAVE PATIENCE WITH YOURSELF!
