Test 3:  

 No Windows Media Playback

CLICK HERE to test and see
if you have Active X controls
installed on your computer.

NOTE: After that process is complete, DON'T click the
back arrow. You must
CLOSE THE TEST WINDOW.

Now you must ENABLE "active X controls."
Open Internet Explorer.
In your Internet Explorer browser choose "tools" at the top of your browser, then select "internet options", then select "security", then "custom", then enable "Download signed Active-X controls" (the first option down). 

Then enable "Run Active-X controls and plug-ins" (the fourth option down the list).

Click apply, then OK, and it's done.
